3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate profile information and update it if your circumstances change.
  • You may not create multiple accounts for the same individual or create an account on behalf of someone else without their consent.
  • Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

If the Site offers paid membership plans with additional features, the pricing and inclusions for each plan will be clearly listed at the time of purchase. Payments made for premium features are subject to the refund terms stated on the relevant plan page at the time of purchase.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content and photos you upload, but by posting them on the Site, you grant Rishta a limited license to display that content to other users as part of the normal operation of the matchmaking service. You may remove your content at any time by editing or deleting your profile.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rishta provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from using the service. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from interactions between users, including but not limited to misrepresented information, failed engagements, or any consequences of relationships formed through the Site.
